Counselling young people

The aim of counselling is to help them cope better with their emotions and feelings.

Counselling can be very useful to help understand and support the experiences of adolescence and early adulthood. During this developmental phase earlier difficulties and trauma can be unexpectedly stirred up. I provide a framework for understanding these deeper levels of anxiety and support the processes of forming an identity and personal growth.
